To save: RIGHT-click on link (in most browsers), and choose ‘save link as’ or
‘save target as’. Choose a convenient directory on your hard disk to
save the file.
You need Flash to be installed on your computer. This is a very small and easy-to-install
download: get it here.
To play a Flash file: locate and open the .swf file using the ‘open’ menu option
on your browser toolbar. (File names are: ieday1.swf main presentation, and
iedayexplain.swf short presentation for decision-makers, mouseandcheese.swf mouse story).
If this does not work, try dragging the file from Windows Explorer onto an open webpage, or
into the browser address bar. Some browsers may ask you to approve the playing of the Flash file before allowing
it to open.
To project or view the presentation in full screen, press F11.
The Flash slide presentation appears identical to PowerPoint on-screen, except that all content on a
slide appears at once – there are no transitions. Also note that there is no way to
back-click to a previous slide, so be careful with your clicking finger!
