• Don’t multi-task. Do each thing in time blocks. Then desist completely till its next time block. One at a time: Twitter, Facebook, emails, creative stuff, other responsibilities. #BestSocialMediaTipEver

• Sometimes even switch off – don’t be like the girl at 0:18 in the frieze on the bronze statue at the magnificent rebuilt London St Pancras station ▶
