‘Talking about Jesus’ iPhone app
Although there are increasing numbers of Christian smartphone apps available, very few are designed to directly relate to outsiders evangelistically. It’s the old 99 Per Cent Problem again.
So it is a privilege to announce the release of the Talking About Jesus iPhone app, from UK’s Damaris ministry.
This app enables Christians to talk to their friends and colleagues about Jesus, and discuss His life and teachings. It contains over an hour’s specially-filmed video content, all instantly available within the app and without a data connection being required. Presented as 18 short videos, these feature insightful speakers such as Philip Yancey, Anna Robbins, Andrew White, Krish Kandiah, Nick Pollard and Gary Habermas. Watch them with friends and talk together about your view of Jesus.
The app also includes a 28-day personal reading guide through Luke’s Gospel and a leader’s guide for using the app in small group discussions.
It’s priced at $0.99 or £0.69 (and the equivalent in other currencies). Get it from iTunes US or iTunes UK.
